I've sent two emails to support, and I waited over a week for a response to each one. The support has been absolutely nonexistent. So far, this is the worst app I've ever installed, and I use more than 15 apps on my website.

The support team is slow to respond, and I was charged before I could even use it properly. It’s heartbreaking. Please be cautious before downloading.

Great App, been using it for last 2 years. Support is also very good and prompt . One thing I would like to suggest the developers is to improve the User Interface its currently not that user friendly. For e.g. you cannot search products by SKU which I think is very important when you have a large inventory.
