- Is Mantle really shutting down?
- Yes. On June 16, 2026 Mantle announced a complete wind-down — not an acquisition. All services except billing end August 14, 2026; Mantle Billing and your stored data end September 30, 2026. Export everything well before those dates.
- What can I actually bring over from Mantle?
- Your customers, subscriptions, transactions, and contacts export as CSV (and via Mantle’s Core API). PartnerLens imports those keyed on shop domain + email. Be aware: Mantle flows, email templates, and the suppression list are not exportable — those are rebuilt, not migrated, and we’re honest about that.
- Does PartnerLens replace Mantle Billing?
- No — and you don’t want it to. Charging your merchants now lives natively in Shopify App Pricing / the Billing API, which is the right home for it.
